    We consider the demands of your chosen races or goal and ensure that your training architecture is specific to those demands whilst also being flexible and realistic within your dynamic day-to-day life.

  • From pacing strategies and logisitics, to environmental considerations and course profiles, we analyse every detail to ensure that when you’re on that start line, you’re as prepared as can be.

  • We’ll take the time to get to know your motivators, address your fears, implement focus techniques, build your confidence, and best prepare you for those inevitably tough moments so that your head becomes as tough as your quads.

  • Responsible for more DNFs than anything else, your gut requires just as much training as your legs. From research-backed fueling protocols and hydration strategies, to ensuring you’re eating enough to support your training and health, Summit has you covered.

    With extensive experience testing different products across a variety of race situations, as well as a healthy passion for gear reviews and knowledge, we’re here to offer advice and support on reliable options so that you don’t waste your time or money.

    With a sound knowledge of running biomechanics and the multiple movement planes involved, Summit offers their athletes specific and highly effective strength, mobility, and rehabilitation workouts to get you running stronger and further.
